The implementation of the Avon Mobile project was a large scale effort to address one of the company's key initiatives. The objective of this project was to introduce a mobile optimized eCommerce site to capitalize on the growing mobile traffic Avon was experiencing. From the initial concept, to design, and to the finished build phase, incorporating this approach within the eCommerce platform resulted in a extraordinary undertaking with aggressive time constraints and limited available resources. To effectively manage this type project it was critical to have an extremely hands-on approach while maintaining all project management requirements. Ultimately, this project was delivered well within the aggressive timeframes and project constraints. The success of this project is demonstrated by tracking the increased consumer engagement, sales, and average order values.

The development of the Redken StyleStation was a result of limited available mobile apps in App Stores geared to the professional hair stylist. This app was designed for the professional stylists to be their "go to" digital companion for all salon related needs. Designed and developed for both iOS and Android platforms that included both mobile and tablet specific designs. The Redken Style Station provided robust features such as hair color formula finder, trend look book, access to Redken social community (The Break Room) and much more in the palm of the stylists hands.
